HTML file production service

We offer our customers the additional service of HMTL file preparation. Please contact us 2 weeks before the delivery date so that we can book the author.

Materials required

For the production of the file we need the following materials:

• Text material in Word / PDF format (max. 1-3 pages)
• Ready-made image files, logos or other graphic material (file format .jpg, .gif, .png)
• Graphic guidelines/colour codes if you wish to use specific colours, e.g. for headings or buttons.
• Links (e.g. website, link to video, registration form, etc.)
• Title (field that will appear in the recipients' emails)
• (Instructions or draft newsletter layout)

 

Delivery of materials:

• Please submit materials to production only after your materials have been finalized and approved internally.
• Please email your materials to laakarikompassi@laakariliitto.fi 1-2 weeks before the submission date to allow sufficient time for HTML file preparation and possible revision rounds.

 

Price

We charge a production fee of EUR 500 (+ VAT).

The service includes 1 revision. Additional rounds 200 € + VAT.
